Tell us a bit about your book?

A trip to South Korea, the mecca of skincare, had a huge impact on me. For Koreans, skincare is like a religion. Glass skin is extremely popular there and I was amazed at how the majority of them had healthy and glowing skin. It got me thinking, what do Koreans do differently? Was it their genes? Were they drinking an ancient magic potion? Was it their diet, rich in fish and seaweed? This book is the result of my research on the same subject.

How specific is your book to skincare?

Getting into the habit of taking care of the skin can seem difficult, but after reading this book, you will discover the easiest, most effective and most practical ways to do it. The book also lists products and home remedies suitable for your skin type. Just follow the steps diligently and consistently.

How often should you opt for Botox and dermal filler treatments?

Botox is a very popular treatment abroad; however, I have come across many Indians who are still wary of this wonderful treatment.
