An Indian restaurant is getting bigger – with a new glass bar.
Blanc NRI has built its restaurant extension on the A34 near Barlaston.
It is officially inaugurated at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16.

Owner Husban Ahmed already operates award-winning Indian restaurant James Dahl in Birmingham.
He says he hopes to bring ‘city bar lifestyles’ to North Staffordshire.
He said: “We want to put the love back in Staffordshire. It will be a great investment for the region, bringing something new and exciting for diners. »
There is a £5 entry fee on March 16, with entertainment from 6pm. There is a minimum spend of £30 per person and no children under 10 are permitted.
In a social media post, the venue said: “The public is invited to celebrate the occasion and experience the relaxing atmosphere of Bar Blanc with its contemporary designed seating areas and powerful heaters to make guests feel well and comfortably.
“The grand opening brings a menu of fresh specialty cocktails with a range of savory Indian bites, as well as various scheduled entertainment during the summer months, consisting of two belly dancers and two fire eaters.”
