You may not remember the Dusk movies. All you need to know is the male protagonist, Edward Cullen, is a 104-year-old vampire with glistening skin who is dating a 17-year-old girl. But it’s only the glowing skin here that people are looking for.

Influencer August Sombatkamrai launched the “vampire skin” trend on September 30. The video has since racked up over 1.3 million views.

“If you want to be Cullen for Halloween, just add orange contact lenses”, Sombatkamrai wrote in the caption.

They mixed their foundation (MAC Cosmetics Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 Foundation) with liquid glitter (Made by Mitchell Blursh Lights Liquid Highlighter in Drip Drip and Beauty Bay Liquid Crystal Eyeshadow in Precious Topaz) and apply by pressing it into the skin.

Next, they added powdered silver glitter (Sensorium Beauty The Shimmer and Urban Decay Moondust in Space Cowboy) for even more shine.

“The round is actually not to use too much foundation,” Sombatkamrai explained in a update; adding a pump of a transparent foundation will do.

Since the release of the Sombatkamrai video viralthe hashtag #vampireskin now has 2.7 million views.

TikToker @itsurgrlaisha_ tried vampire skin and called Sombatkamrai an “innovator”.

Meanwhile, @fatyabiyaaa said she was “obsessed” with the effect it gave. Nothing scary to see here.

@TikTokerabbeyung claimed that his pharmacy skin care routine gave her vampire skin, no makeup.
